  • Strict Sizing & No Alterations: Our panels are sold in exact, standardized sizes. You are strictly prohibited from cutting, modifying, or altering the panels in any way. Any tampering immediately voids all returns, refunds, and warranties.

  • Color Accuracy: We strive to display our velvet panels accurately online, but cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will perfectly match the physical product’s color.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • IP & Liability: All website content is the exclusive property of ROMALI. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from site use, improper installation, or unauthorized product modifications.

Global Shipping & Delivery Logistics

To ensure reliable global fulfillment, we partner exclusively with PostNord for all domestic and international shipments.

  • Tracking & Timelines: Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details to follow your package via PostNord. All stated delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, or force majeure events.

  • International Customs & Duties: We proudly ship to customers all over the world. However, if you are ordering from outside the European Union (EU), you are legally considered the importer of record. You are completely responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees applied by your local government. Delays during customs processing are beyond our control.

Returns, Damages & Claims

  • Standard Returns: Unused items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Because our panels are exact sizes and cannot be cut or modified, any items that show signs of cutting, installation attempts, or alteration will be immediately rejected for return. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Reporting Damages: If an item is damaged in transit by the carrier, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You are legally required to provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and the exterior packaging. This specific timeframe and documentation are mandatory so we can file a formal compensation claim with PostNord and arrange your replacement or refund.
